The contact and quote form
The form collects the information you enter: your request type, name, email address, phone number, and message or project description, along with project details such as company, location, timeline, and service. Email and phone are required so we can respond to you.
When you select Submit, your information is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our website, which forwards it by email to our team. The website does not save your submission in its database. To prevent spam, it briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) record of your connection address for up to 15 minutes to limit repeated submissions.
When you contact us
Information you choose to send becomes part of your correspondence with Active Telecom. Include only details needed to discuss your project. Do not include sensitive customer or site records in the initial inquiry.

Our website and email rely on hosting and email service providers. Contact us with questions about access to, correction of, or retention of information you have provided. Avoid sending sensitive customer records in an initial inquiry.
